At Mrityunjay Yogpeeth Foundation (“we,” “our,” “us“), we strive to provide the best yoga programs and services. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations and refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are granted for our courses, retreats, products, and services.
1. General Terms
- All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to mrityunjayguide@gmail.com.
- Refunds are processed according to the conditions outlined below.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
2. Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the start date: Eligible for a 75% refund minus administrative fees.
- Cancellation 15-29 days before the start date: Eligible for a 50% refund minus administrative fees.
- Cancellation within 14 days of the start date: No refunds will be provided.
- If a student leaves the course after it has started, no refund will be issued.
3. Yoga Retreats Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation 21 days or more before the retreat start date: Eligible for a 75% refund minus administrative fees.
- Cancellation within 20 days of the retreat start date: No refunds will be provided.
- No refunds will be issued for early departures or missed sessions.
4. Online & Offline Yoga Classes Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Single Class Purchases: No refunds once the class has been booked.
- Monthly/Package Subscriptions: Refunds are not provided after the first session has been attended.
- Private & Group Yoga Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class to receive credit for a future session.
- No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- If a class is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or credit for a future class.
5. Product Refund & Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7-10 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
- In cases of medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation.
- Requests must be submitted with valid proof and within 7 days of the event.
7. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 8-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
